Current behavior:

/cachegroupparameters is handled by Perl

Expected / new behavior:

/cachegroupparameters should be handled by Go.

1.1

i think this should be deprecated (not rewritten to Go and a deprecation notice added to the perl response) because not sure it's used anywhere nor do cachegroup params have any effect.

I believe we are using cachegroup params in proprietary ways through TO extensions currently.
