Aparapi-1.0.0

This pre-release marks the first cross-compiled build artifacts from the Google Code --> GitHub migration that have been generated by PNNL's Continuous Integration system. Once all individual build scripts and binaries have been verified as working by the community, this pre-release will be converted to a full release.
