Resolver explained

1. is it possible to define more than 1 resolver, e.g. to have a backup if the only resolver available not reachable (or use the system as fallback)
2. in case of multiple outbounds, will the outbound used to proxy the traffic also be used to communicate with the resolver?

I could test it myself and confirm the following. if I am wrong please correct me

1. the resolver set in "type" field will be used. if not reachable, the connection will timeout. any other resolvers listed will not be used
2. in case of multiple outbounds or one outbound defined that is not the same as the default route, the dns resolution will still be done using the default route and not considering defined outbounds
