For all pairs, we should add a debug target that includes the untrimmed analyser (easy), and debug modes that are like the regular ones, but use the untrimmed analyser (boring).

`apertium-gen-modes` expects them to have (#17)
* add goal `untrimmed` to skip trimming (#17)
* add single-direction goals
* copy CG from monolingual rather than recompiling (closes #125)

The debug target is now make untrimmed and the modes are eng-cat → @eng-cat.
