SimpleInvoices apm fork v2013.1.beta.8

This is the apm fork of SimpleInvoices which includes the multi-domain feature and does not need the si_index table.

This release as others here, needs Zend to be downloaded separately.

It also has the interface code for phpCAPTCHA in it but the PHPCAPTCHA library must be downloaded separately.

SI v2013.1.beta.6_apm_fork

This is the SimpleInvoices apm fork v2013.1.beta.6.

• This release does not contain the Zend library which must be separately downloaded and extracted into the library/Zend folder.
• If CAPTCHA feature is to be enabled, then follow instructions in the securimage-readme.txt file in the library/securimage folder.

It includes the following which have been removed from the official release

1. Securimage CAPTCHA integration code (Issue simpleinvoices#97). The reason for removal of this feature (even though it is backward compatible) is that it is better suited to individual customisations and most users may not want this feature enhancement.
2. si_index table non-dependancy feature with dynamic acquisition of next invoice number. The reason for reversion to si_index table dependency in the mainline SI master is that they need more testing especially their custom extensions.
3. Relational database integrity to allow only one instance of each possible tax_id for each invoice_item_tax entry in the latter table. The reason for removal of this feature in the mainline SI master is because some users may have violated these norms in their historical data when such protection was unavailable.

SimpleInvoices 2013.1.beta.5 apm fork

This is the apmuthu fork of SimpleInvoices with the config.ini retained as is itself.

This release does not contain the Zend library which must be separately downloaded and extracted into the library/Zend folder

This is the _apmuthu_ fork of SimpleInvoices with the config.ini corrected for version number.
