changes
- added relaying of alla SDP appliances prometheus exported metrics (snmp
exporter) - if singlePromExporter is set, the targets exported are "appgate" and
"appgate-synthetic". The target "conkolla" is an alias for "appgate-synthetic".
Eventhough it is possible to use multiple connections in ConnFile, you should
avoid it because the order is non-predictable of which gets to export the
data. - added feature and route to reconnect a connectionsFile connection.
- updated apispec to v16
