This PR modifies the language menu so that language codes are no longer used as translation keys (it did not really make sense). Now, each language has its entry in the menu dropdown always listed in both English and the target language itself.
Additionally, there were a few languages on Crowdin that had translations, but were not included in the Inspector (Arabic, French, Turkish, Traditional Chinese). These have been added.
The Punjabi language option has also been removed, as it does not currently have any translations on Crowdin.
