By default disabled page log not documented for CUPS 2.x

The default is "%p %u %j %T %P %C %{job-billing} %{job-originating-host-name} %{job-name} %{media} %{sides}".

In contrast there is this mail:

The default was changed in CUPS 2.0 to be the empty string (disable logging)
because of the number of bug reports we got asking why the log was being

produced.
