Local Raw Printer

Hi.
Is someone able to help me with configuring the paper size for a raw printer?

I use a Epson TM-T20III to print receipts.

I have managed to get it to work really well and print fast. But the one issue I have is that it thinks it is A4 size. But in fact the printer is printing on a paper roll with a width of 80mm.
Is it possible to edit the PPD file of a local raw printer to specify the size? And where do I find the PPD?

Raw means absolutely no control over the output or printer capabilities via CUPS. Raw queues do not have PPD files...
