  1. Fix documenation in HTTPHeaders. 

    Motivation:

`subscript(name:)` and `first(name:)` incorrectly referred users to
`getCanonicalForm` for a maximally decomposed list of header fields.
This no longer exists.

Modifications:

Point users to `subscript(canonicalForm:)`.

Result:

More accurate documenation.
