Currently we do rely on a remote XSD schema from http://www.w3.org/2001/03/xml.xsd.
This does trigger a remote lookup on schema validation requiring an online connection on appserver start.

UAC:

  • There MUST NOT be any remotely included file within any XML document we validate
  • Validation MUST NOT require an online connection
