Enanched project settings CLI managment

What does this PR do?

Adds the option to pull and project settings to be stored in the appwrite.json file, those settings are available to manage:

• Project services status (functions, account, etc.)
• Auth security settings (Session duration, User limit, etc.)
• Auth login methods (JWT, Phone, etc.)
