A Reddit bot for changing the speed of GIF submissions.
Summon with "/u/GIFSpeedBot (speed)". A link to a sped up/slowed down MP4 is posted as a reply to any summon.
The bot downloads the link, uses the imageio package to process the binary data, and uploads to Gfycat.
