fix: add only unique deps to dpkg dependsOn

Description

We get duplicates when resolving DependsOn from dpgs Status (e.g. Depends: debconf (>= 0.5) | debconf-2.0, debconf (>= 1.5.19) => debconf is taken 2 times).
We only need to include only unique deps to dpkg dependsOn.
Include duplicates doesn't make sense, aslo there is issues with CycloneDX valudation.
