Fix P2P benchmark

Description

Fixes error while running P2P benchmark:

• message decryption failure (due to bad deserialization)
• telemetry application not started

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Run benchmark command mix archethic.regression --bench localhost
