This issue requires improvement of the ClassPropertiesTool. It runs now from the source but not ARCGIS. !ATENTION!, it requires to install GeoPandas only according to http://geoffboeing.com/2014/09/using-geopandas-windows/.

As a result of solving issue 99 the demand script has to be refactored (connect new type of inputs)
as result of modifications in properties file. A better name for the properties file will be data helper. as it basically helps the user to get missing data.
It results into a new expected output.

it also erases demand files that were created as temporary in the \CEA folder. why?the tempfile.gettempdir() chose it as the path_temporary_folder
