The Breadboard item is a little to large. It should have a pin distance of 0,1 inch.

Are we sure that the PCB footprint is OK? I noticed that the vertical pins are spaced less than 0.1" and are spaced less than 0.6" horizontally. This is based off schematics found online.
Could it be that the issue (reported here) is fixed now? I just try to play with the Arduino Nano Every and it looks fine to me (using Fritzing 0.9.9):
