www.multiprecision.org seems to have been re-organized. Update build.conf to contain a base download URL that works.
automake-1.11.1's config.guess doesn't know about AArch64. To solve this, copy automake-1.11.4's config.guess over the top of it so it works. Update package-avr-gcc.bash to know about AArch64 systems.
