**Potential RouterOS Issue**

If your Mikrotik device has "Protected Routerboot" enabled, then you will need to disable it before proceeding. Use the manufacturer's instructions to connect to your device and display the RouterOS web interface. Navigate to the *System > Routerboard* section.
