WT32-ETH01: Slow and lags when using ethernet port

Hi,
I bought a WT32-ETH01 V1.4 from Aliexpress and flashed Tasmota version 13.1.0 with SML support (created with Tasmota Compiler). Then activated the ethernet port with EthAddress 1 and deactivated wifi with command Wifi 0.
Access works via ethernet, but everything is very slow.
For example, the WebUI is very laggy when click on a menu or there are always timeouts during a ping.
Back on wifi everything is fast. I have already tried command sleep 0 without success.
Maybe someone has an idea what the problem is. Thank you.

Did you make sure to let Tasmota have NTP server access?

Yes, NTP works and but I think I found a solution.
I played with the tasmota ethernet commands and after the command EthClockMode 0 (3 is default) everything seams fine.
WebUI is responsive like on wifi and no more timeouts.

Thanks for the hint, had the same issue like jojo18222 and could fix the laggy web-interface with this command.
In order to get the WT32-ETH01 working, following commands are needed after flashing and logging in via WIFI.
