Argon syncs every change 5 times per second. To add code or properties to sync queue you have to save current by pressing ctrl + S / ⌘ + S or File -> Save. Every file action (renaming, changing directory or type) is added to queue automatically.
Sync rate is the same but in Studio you don't have to save anything. There is one important limitation - only currently edited script will be synced!
