Summary

Add tooltips to the buttons on the top bar for the application details page on smaller screens.

Motivation

On a small screen, the description for top bar buttons disappears due to media queries. This makes it harder to understand what each button does.

Proposal

Tooltips must be added for smaller screens when the button description disappears.
