Not everyone have yq installed. Instead, can we use cat, grep, and cut:
cat manifests/base/dex/argocd-dex-server-deployment.yaml | grep ghcr.io/dexidp/dex | cut -d':' -f3
It is a little hacky but should work for most contributors.
