potion and healthstone CD not shown on action bars

Battle potions, health potions and Healthstone cooldowns are not being shown on action bars.
They are being shown for other items like invisibility potions though.
Issue can be reproduced while using the potion/HS when only Arkinventory and an action bar modifier addon are enabled (tested with Dominos and the same problem exists with ElvUI).
Issue is present only if both addons are enabled. If only Dominos or only AI is enabled, the CD is being shown correctly.
