Changed the population of the Kingdom of Saxony to be more historical using data from https://archive.org/details/jstor-2337979/page/n3/mode/2up.
The population is now increased to 408325 pops. Slightly increased the percentage of Catholics and reduced that of the Jews. The Jews are still a little bit over-represented though as I had to give them every type of pop to make sure they don't assimilate when they promote/demote
Also changed the state capital of Saxony from Leipzig to Dresden and moved most Jewish pops to Leipzig.
