I am also tempted to add iojs. Node 4.0.0 just got released. They merged Node and iojs, and the codebase is apparently very close to iojs, so I'm thinking transitioning to Node 4.0.0 will be easier if things pass with iojs...

We can probably skip iojs altogether, move to the latest stable release of node and drop 0.10.x support.

Actually, please leave version 0.10.x! Official packages on Debian Jessie are still in 0.10.x, and I know too many people stuck with it :-)
@JocelynDelalande and I are working on integrating your lib with https://github.com/erming/shout, a web IRC client, and one of us who isn't me is relying on 0.10.x...
