Based on the research of iamdrq in the Armbian forums.

Tested with dev and current.

Why did you remove patches from the Arabian build system?

I did not remove any patches ;-)
I simply deleted the branch that was already merged into master.

I have updated to 5.6.10 (Orange PI 4).
$ uname -a
Linux orangepi4 5.6.10-rockchip64 #trunk.124 SMP PREEMPT Sun May 3 05:07:49 CEST 2020 aarch64 GNU/Linux
Bluetooth doesn't work.
This hack: https://forum.armbian.com/topic/13601-orange-pi-4-kernel-5xx-rt5651-sound-and-bluetooth-fixed/?tab=comments#comment-98961
helped me again. Bluetooth now work, the sound is there through it.
But now there is no sound from the 3.5 Jack. I didn't find how to fix it. I don't want to roll back to the old kernel from that post:
