update legacy kernel of rk3588 to linux-5.10-gen-rkr3.4

Description

Radxa has changed to use branch linux-5.10-gen-rkr3.4 for rock5b: https://github.com/radxa/kernel/tree/linux-5.10-gen-rkr3.4. So we just use new branch and remove obsolete patches.
