Description

This matches the Radxa's BSP change here. See here for details about why this is needed.

How Has This Been Tested?

Built the kernel, booted, confirmed that /sys/module/pcie_aspm/parameters/policy shows the following:

[default] performance powersave powersupersave 

instead of

default performance [powersave] powersupersave 

Checklist:
