Fix writing to gl_Position before instancing code #2141

Previously it could happen that gl_Position was set before taking the instancing data into account, resulting in all instances drawn with the same transformations.

`gl_Position` was set before the instancing code in the vertex shader, this was the same issue as already fixed for desktop renderpaths in armory3d#2141
