Image Upload Error on Ubuntu 14 virtual environment running Python 2.7.6

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling PIL to no avail. This error occurs when I try to upload a users image from the frontend

Tried that... Nothing loads after attempting an image upload.

I have tried this also without luck

pip uninstall Pillow && pip uninstall PIL
pip install PIL --allow-external PIL --allow-unverified PIL
find /usr/lib -name libjpeg.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libjpeg.so /usr/lib/
python manage.pyunserver 0.0.0.0:8000 #quit and restart server
