Empty nested config could return an positive diff. Now we should be ignoring them. May only work one level deep.

Realized the change made was to deal with an old migration behavior from prior versions of the DD plugin. Reverted and releasing.

A few fields change, some defaults are added and some fields have changes, so you may see some false positives. Update your config accordingly.
