Code for Brassica napus QTL mapping of flowering time project

This repository contains code and tables associated with the manuscript 'Linkage mapping and QTL analysis of flowering time using ddRAD sequencing with genotype error correction in Brassica napus' (Scheben et al., unpublished). The code is primarily intended for documentation of the analysis of genotype data conducted for this manuscript.
