Remove the takari building approach.
Replace all takari tests with JUnit5 test and Integration Testing Framework.

This is a big code change.

Solves the asciidoctor-lifecycle-maven#94 problem with parallel tests.

Tets are now parallel, but at the cost of lost coberture, because are running in a different JVM, for the moment.
