Rename Labeled List section to Description List

"Labeled List" is the outdated term. This should be renamed to "Description List". The section can explain that this content structure is sometimes referred to as a Labeled List.

• docs/user-manual.adoc (section title only)
• docs/asciidoc-writers-guide.adoc (section title only)
• docs/_includes/dlist.adoc
• docs/_includes/element.adoc (list item only)
• docs/asciidoc-syntax-quick-reference.adoc (list item only)
• docs/_includes/ex-dlist.adoc (comment only)

It might take a few tries to clear them all away, so don't feel like you have to do it all in one try. Pick the low hanging fruit so to speak and we'll progress from there.
