The custom asprite file explorer seems to be missing and uses the default Windows version instead

Aseprite version: v1.3-rc6

Hi @TechBlade9000, actually we've changed the default option now as it's the "most expected" way to select files by most (new) users. Anyway you can still go back to the Aseprite file selector unchecking the Edit > Preferences > Experimental > Use native file dialog checkbox.

In some way we'd like to make this option more visible (e.g. a button in the dialog to switch between both dialogs, I remember some old Photoshop version had something similar to this, not sure if they still are doing so). Also we'd like to provide a way to show a folder in a tab (some kind of folder browser that is always opened) in a near future.

We'll have a new more accessible option in Edit > Preferences > General > Show Aseprite file dialog

(The old option in "Experimental" will still exists because there are too much documentation/forum posts referencing it.)

As now the native file selector is the default one, we moved the
option to re-enable the previous file selector to Edit > Preferences >
General > Show Aseprite file dialog option.

E.g. If we configure Shift+scroll wheel to "Change Layer" action, and

Space+X/Y makes more sense.

The assert() in remove_unused_tiles_from_tileset() checking for the
tiles histograms was failing because we weren't adjusting the
histogram correctly when a tile w/a flag is replaced w/another without

By default Aseprite will not try to match flipped versions of the
tiles (as it requires more CPU), but when we create a tileset we can
specify which flips can be matched automatically (new
Tileset::matchFlags() property).

These flags are just for the Auto mode, if we manually insert a
flipped tile, that is always supported, even when the matchFlags() are
not specified.

* Fix eyedropper in Tiles mode to pick tiles that are flipped and have masked areas

Sprite::pickCels() wasn't taking care of the tile flags to pick
tilemap layers correctly with flipped tiles.
