Create a new font selector (for system fonts, font size, font style) to select new native system fonts (Skia) and external TTF fonts if requested. We'd like to add support for bitmap fonts (sprite sheet fonts) too, but probably that is for another issue (#1472).

This new font selector list installed fonts with its proper name. It
needs some extra work yet to select font set styles (regular, bold,
italic, etc.)
