-Alias website
-AmiVerse (A WIP amizone app for iOS and Android written in react native)
-Amigrant ( Tentative)
-Volunteers can add on their projects.

Selection phase:

• Select mentors ~ 1 week (25th june)
• Finalize projects ~ 1 week (25th june )
  [can include AliAS and Intermediate NTCC projects ]
• Finalize potential sponsors ~ 1 week (25th)
  [Just have a list of potential sponsors to reach out to}
• Finalize contribution period rules ~ 1 week (25th)
• Finalize post project prep phase ~ 1.5 weeks

Project prep phase:

• scaffold projects: ~1 month (25th july)
  [AmiVerse (app) , Amigrant (notes site)]
• finalize github contribution period issues ~ 2 weeks (11th July)
• finalize contributing period issues ~ 2 weeks ( 11th July)
• finalize major issues for contributing period ~ 3 weeks (18th July)
• finalize sponsors ~ 1month(25th July)
• finalize a timeline for mentees ~ 2 weeks

Other Important Tasks :

• decide on contributing timeline
• decide on what winners get
• get certificate approval from Shilpi ma'am
• secure sponsorships
