Ash 3.0 is a major rework of Ash with the following goals:

• Better discoverability - the code should be approachable and understandable to core team and non core team members alike.
• Reduced complexity - Ash ash grown organically since it's inception and there are places where similar problems are solved with similar but different approaches.
