Great documentation, thanks! Really something I was thinking about but didn't had the time for yet.

Could you maybe merge the tips on how to run Gekko headless / silent into a document in the docs (and link to it from the readme)? Mainly because A) I don't know think nohup or screen are cross platform (read windows) and B) I want to move a lot of information to the docs so that README only features the info needed to get Gekko running (and not scare off a potentiel users), I think it is to bloated already at this point (like the explanation of the output, etc).
