Add Stripe Sample Project
Add MS_WebHookStripeInTestMode to enable the user to receive test events (call StripeWebHookHandlers.ExecuteAsync for test events with Id 'evt_00000000000000').
Add StripeEvent and StripeEventData classes. Made some changes on on the InstagramUnixTimeConverter and created a UnixTimeConverter class. Please let me know if you want me to keep these in the library, another possibility is to move these changes to the sample project and revert the changes to the InstagramUnixTimeConverter.
