Add by-eye membership probabilities (useful when no field region is available) #326

When there is no way to assign probabilities, the code should do what a researcher does by-eye: assign larger probabilities to brighter stars.

Divide the sequence into four sections by brightness, and assign MP=[0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.] from dimmest to brightest.
