[Tracklet] add tracklet compute when recreating science data

Describe the issue

Tracklet information is added when merging small files into larger ones (merge_ztf_night.py). But when we recreate the science data from raw data (raw2science_batch.py), this information is not added.

Action item: add tracklet data inside raw2science_batch.py.
