I recommend ensuring labels are not context-specific. In the context of OARCS, this is clearly a heart ligament (always primary heart?)
However, the term 'ligament' may be used in other arthropod ontologies to refer to non-circulatory structures. For example, the alary muscle of drosophila, or the wing hinges of locusts
