feat(init): Add '--yes' and '--link' options (#138)

Use `--yes` (or `-y`) to initialise a new project using default values, and `--link` to use your locally linked atscm version instead.

Note, that you'll have to clone, build and `npm link .` atscm first. See [the npm docs](https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/link) for details.
