Update ClearValueAttribute trigger to invoke Clear method of a component

Add IClearable interface and add it to EditableTextField<T, TOwner>. ClearValueAttribute trigger should check if a component implements IClearable and invoke its Clear() method, otherwise use IWebElement.Clear() method.
