Pressing Option-Left/Right flashes Movement menu item

Navigating a line of text by word, flashes the Movement menu in blue for every key press. This is super distracting, as I lose focus on text editing and my eyes wander up to the menu bar.

I think we should just take the movement menu out. I suppose it's there for
discovery, but discovery will happen quickly.

I'm down with removing it. However I think we should keep iterating on how to expose these shortcuts to new users.

Yeah, Option-Left/Right arrow is a standard OS X shortcut, so I don't think discovery will be a problem.

Is there a way we can avoid flashing menus in general when we invoke a key command? Movement may be the most common, but there are other ones that will also be bothersome.
