Description

Broken highlighter of html after ampersand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write

<li>How to use the Q&A forum on <a href="https://github.com" target="_blank">Github</a> to get help on the course</li>
Expected behavior: Correct highlighting

Actual behavior: Highltighting breaks after the &

Reproduces how often: Always

Versions

1.23.1 x64

I have seen this issue open and closed several times here. Still happens to me today.

We noticed that this is a duplicate of #181 and should be fixed in a future release /cc #183.
