aacgain in aac / r128 in opus

Hi,

ReplayGain in .aac files tagged (using aacgain v. 1.9) seems to not being recognized.

It happens as well in files with R128_TRACK_GAIN tag (using opus-tools 0.1.10 and r128gain v1.0.1) in .opus files.

I'm not sure if these two requests should be together: sorry if they shouldn't.

Same issue here with opus files and the R128_TRACK_GAIN tag. The player is unusable for me without this.

The Opus decoder plugin will read the R128 tags with Audacious 4.4, fixed with audacious-media-player/audacious-plugins@78f33f7.

The AAC decoder plugin does not support ReplayGain, so I leave this feature request open for now.
