Allow Label Sounds to work on selections larger than 13.5 hours

Bug description

Label Sounds refuses to work if the selection is over a certain length.
An error is shown: Selection must be less than 13h 31m 35s

Steps to reproduce

Edit and select an audio track longer than the limit above.
Try to use Analyze -> Label Sounds
See the error message.

Expected behavior

Label Sounds should not be arbitrarily limited to segments shorter than the full track length.

Actual behavior

The error Selection must be less than 13h 31m 35s is shown.
